A Poetic Short Film with Universal Resonance

Set in a remote Indian village with lush meadows and grazing cattle, Chhoti Baarish (Little Rain) tells the story of a young boy who longs to dance in the rain, despite constant scolding. With its lyrical tone and visual simplicity, the film reflects the innocence and instinctive artistry of childhood.

“This film was my attempt to preserve a child’s instinctive joy — singing before speaking, dancing before walking,” says Ritopriyo Saha, the writer-director. “It reminds us that every child is born an artist, until society gives them a script and calls it ‘growing up’.”

The short film has already been recognized at Bali International Film Festival (BALINALE 2025), Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival (DPIFF 2025), Jaipur International Film Festival (JIFF 2025) and other national and international platforms, continuing to build acclaim.

Expanding into Feature Films — Three Projects in Development

Building on the success of Chhoti Baarish, Ritopriyo Saha is preparing to pitch three upcoming feature film projects that explore emotional struggles within the Indian cultural landscape:

  1. Teen Yaari (Three Wild Kids)

A raw, coming-of-age story about three emotionally scarred teenagers — Zakir, Dev, and Masoom — who bond over their troubled family lives and decide to run away from their rural village. The film confronts trauma, friendship, and the fragile dreams of youth.

  1. May I Love U?

A near-future drama set in 2050, revolving around Reva, a single mother and photographer, who encounters Mayur, a super-intelligent humanoid AI with a passion for art, cinema, and love. Blending romance with sci-fi, the story explores loneliness, human-AI intimacy, and the healing of past wounds.

  1. Moh Maya Mukti

An A.I. animated fantasy-action-thriller following Maya, a warrior girl on a mystical journey of self-discovery, guided by a mythical tree named Mukti. Combining Indian mythology with visual spectacle, the project aims to push A.I. animation into the global spotlight.

Each project builds on Saha’s vision of exploring human emotions, social realities, and cultural identity through powerful, cinematic storytelling.

Industry Recognition & Upcoming Pitch

With Chhoti Baarish opening doors internationally, Saha will also present his feature film pitches at upcoming industry platforms, seeking independent producers, co-production partners, and global investors to bring these projects to life.

New Delhi [India], September 25: It is with immense pride and profound gratitude that we address you today, following the resounding success of the Early Education Excellence Awards 2025. On September 20th, the campus of Meridian Schools, Madhapur, transformed into a beacon of inspiration, honouring the silent yet monumental contributions of our twin cities’ preschool community.

This event was conceived with a singular vision: to shine a long-overdue spotlight on the foundational pillars of our education system–the preschool educators, administrators, and institutions that shape the minds and hearts of our youngest learners. The early years are not merely a preparatory phase; they are the very ‘Foundations of Lifelong Learning’–a truth that was brilliantly explored in our panel discussion. Esteemed leaders from across the educational spectrum engaged in a powerful dialogue, emphasising how quality preschool experiences are the most critical investment we can make in our children’s future, fostering curiosity, resilience, and a genuine love for learning.

We were deeply honoured to host a diverse and vibrant community of pioneers. The energy in the room was palpable, with the presence of renowned franchise chains like EuroKids, Kangaroo Kids, and My School Italy, alongside passionate, innovative standalone preschools. This confluence of experience and innovation highlighted a unified commitment to elevating early childhood education in India.

The 26 award categories were a testament to the multifaceted nature of excellence in this field. From recognising the ‘Best in 21st Century Skills’ and ‘Outstanding Community Outreach Programme’ to celebrating the heart of every classroom–the ‘ Emerging Preschool of the Year’ and the ‘Excellence in Innovative Pedagogy’–each category told a story of dedication. We heard success stories of centres transforming communities, of teachers who identified and nurtured unique potentials, and of leaders who built ecosystems of empathy and creativity.

The reactions of the winners were a beautiful mosaic of emotion. There were tears of joy from a first-time winner who whispered, “This validates twenty years of unseen work,” and triumphant cheers from a team that won ‘Best Standalone Preschool’, stating, “This shows that passion can compete with scale!”

The relevance of these awards extends far beyond the trophies and certificates. They are a crucial statement. They tell our preschool warriors that their work is seen, valued, and essential. For the K12 sector, it reinforces the undeniable link between a strong early foundation and a child’s future academic and social success. For parents, it provides a beacon, guiding them to institutions where the journey of learning begins with excellence, care, and vision.

To the readers of this publication, we extend an invitation. Look to the preschools in your community not just as childcare centres, but as the incubators of future scientists, artists, leaders, and compassionate human beings. Support them, celebrate them, and recognise the profound role they play.

Our heartfelt congratulations once again to all the winners and nominees of the Early Education Excellence Awards 2025. You are the true architects of tomorrow, and yesterday, we built a stage to honour you.

The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Thank you for ensuring that first step is taken with confidence, wonder, and joy.

Bangalore (Karnataka) [India], September 24: Look at that hidden column. That’s not a discipline problem. That’s a human limitation problem. This is the infrastructure gap nobody talks about. The missing layer between human capability and market complexity. The human brain processes 5-7 variables simultaneously. Modern markets demand tracking hundreds. This fundamental mismatch explains why 90% of retail traders lose money, regardless of how disciplined they are.

Why Individual Traders Can’t Win Alone

Institutional trading desks employ entire teams. One person watches correlations. Another tracks order flows. Someone else manages risk. Individual traders attempt everything alone with tools that haven’t fundamentally changed since the 1990s. Half the market operates invisibly. Velocity shifts predict momentum changes before they happen. Acceleration patterns signal reversals. Microstructure dynamics reveal whether selling represents accumulation or genuine distribution. These aren’t improvements to existing charts. They’re entirely different dimensions of market reality that require purpose-built systems to reveal. Take Thursday morning analyzing banking stocks. The traditional approach: check five tickers individually, compare RSI values, scan volume patterns, examine formations across timeframes, scramble through option chains. Thirty minutes later, you’ve missed the correlation break about to drive the entire sector. Now imagine a single conversation revealing HDFC’s velocity accelerating while ICICI’s momentum decelerates. Spotting accumulation patterns invisible on standard charts. Connecting overnight US banking weakness to specific impacts on Indian private banks versus PSUs. Not better analysis of what you see–revelation of what was always there.

Why Most AI Trading Tools Miss The Point

Analysis explains what happened. Intelligence recognizes what’s happening. Connect a language model to price feeds and you get comprehensive analysis. Yesterday’s news wrapped in today’s prices. But trading requires intelligence: Is this accumulation or distribution? Is momentum accelerating or just high? Is this correlation break significant? The same resistance level means opposite things depending on the invisible context. Without knowing rejection velocity, time at price, sector correlation, and option flow underneath, you’re trading blind.

The Trading Infrastructure Revolution

Draconic, backed by WeH Ventures and prominent angel investors, is building the analytical infrastructure that bridges human capability with market complexity. Not another AI analyzer, but a platform that uncovers what was typically unseen. Founded in 2024 and currently in limited beta, the platform addresses what traditional interfaces cannot: the complete picture.

“Most traders think they need more data or faster execution,” says Abhinandan, Draconic’s founder and himself a former trader. “They actually need synthesis. When you’re tracking correlations manually while managing risk and searching for patterns, you’re already too late. We’re not building better charts. We’re building the framework that makes the unseen half of markets accessible”

The distinction between analysis and intelligence proves critical. Analysis explains yesterday’s moves. Insight recognizes what’s developing now. A resistance level means nothing without context–the velocity of rejection, time spent at that level, sector correlation, underlying option flow. Same pattern, completely different realities.

Early Validation from the Trading Floor

Beta users report fundamental shifts in their trading approach. A Mumbai-based trader described catching a correlation break between IT stocks and NASDAQ futures that would have been undetectable through traditional interfaces. “Having my entire watchlist’s momentum shifts synthesized in one conversation changes everything,” he explained. Another user emphasized cognitive load reduction: “The exhaustion from switching between 15 tabs disappeared. I get integration across timeframes, correlations, and option flows in seconds.”

The Coming Divide

The transformation parallels how AI changed software development–not because traders resemble developers, but because adoption patterns repeat predictably. Early adopters discover capabilities others dismiss as hype. The performance gap keeps growing until everyone notices. Then the shift accelerates. Developers using AI ship measurably faster. That same gap is emerging in trading. Manual traders increasingly can’t compete with those seeing complete market mechanics in real-time. The future isn’t autonomous trading agents–that path risks systemic fragility. The future is augmented insight: Humans bring judgment while AI handles the processing load. The divide won’t separate human from machine traders, but augmented from unaugmented ones.

What This Means for You

Beta traders are already catching moves they previously missed. The infrastructure that gave institutional desks their edge is being compressed into conversations. Within a decade, trading without AI assistance will seem like calling your broker to place orders. The competitive gap will be that obvious. This isn’t coming. It’s here. With traders who decided half-blind was no longer acceptable. Stop blaming discipline for trading losses. The question isn’t whether you need this. It’s whether you’ll adopt it while it’s still an advantage, or wait until it’s table stakes.

About Draconic

Draconic pioneers conversational trading intelligence and infrastructure, transforming how individual traders process market information. The platform integrates complex market mechanics into natural conversations, uncovering patterns undetectable through traditional interfaces.

Leh, Ladakh, September 23: Nima Goos Goos — meaning “Sunflower” in Ladakhi — is the first-ever women-owned and women-led startup from Ladakh to raise equity funding, and has closed a landmark investment round with participation from prominent impact investors including Ritesh Agarwal, Group CEO and Founder, OYO, Sonali Mehta-Rao, Founder of Ahaana Ventures, and Mumbai-based Angel investor Anushi Mehta.

Founded by Padma Angmo and Rigzin Angmo, Nima Goos Goos is reshaping Ladakh’s culinary identity through artisanal Himalayan products that honour the land, traditions, and the women who sustain it. The enterprise works with women farmers and foragers from remote Ladakhi villages to source organically grown and wild-harvested ingredients, transforming them into unique, small-batch offerings, including handcrafted herbal tisane teas and condiments.

Inspired by ancestral knowledge and incorporating centuries-old culinary practices, Nima Goos Goos’s line of tisanes, pestos, and preserves use indigenous Himalayan ingredients, adapted for contemporary palates. At its core, Nima Goos Goos is pioneering a regenerative local economy—centering women cultivators and wild harvesters across Ladakh’s fragile mountain ecosystems. “This is more than just a funding milestone—it’s a movement to reclaim and re-imagine Himalayan food systems led by the very women who’ve safeguarded these traditions for generations,” said Co-founders Padma and Rigzin.

This equity infusion marks a turning point. Nima Goos Goos will now establish Ladakh’s first women owned and run food processing and packaging unit in Leh, while laying the groundwork for a premium tisane brand with global reach. By 2026, the enterprise aims to onboard hundreds of women farmers and foragers, creating a decentralized supply network rooted in traditional knowledge and local biodiversity. Early export interest from Japan, Europe, and Indian retailers and hospitality brands signals strong market demand.

Investor Sonali Mehta-Rao noted, “Nima Goos Goos is an extraordinary blend of community, commerce, and culture. Padma and Rigzin are not only preserving Ladakh’s food heritage—they’re elevating invaluable ancestral knowledge and rich biodiversity to global relevance with integrity and innovation.”

Alsisar Impact, a key early backer of frontier enterprises across the Indian Himalayas, played a catalytic role in scaling Nima Goos Goos. Their mentorship, on-ground presence, and investor facilitation enabled the founders to build a market-ready, impact-aligned brand while remaining anchored in community and climate resilience. “At Alsisar Impact, we believe enterprises from frontier regions like Ladakh are redefining the future of entrepreneurship—where culture, climate, and commerce intersect to create global impact. Nima Goos Goos is an example of that vision,” said Anuj Sharma, Co-Founder of Alsisar Impact.

As it enters this new chapter, Nima Goos Goos is setting new benchmarks for what it means to build a women-led, place-based food brand from one of the world’s most ecologically vulnerable yet culturally rich regions—bringing the bold, healing, and regenerative flavours of Ladakh to tables across the globe.

In an era where cinema is colliding with technology at unprecedented speed, Indian filmmaker Gijo Uthuppu has emerged as one of the most intriguing creative figures to watch. A writer and director by craft, and co-founder of Avium Studios UK, Gijo is blending the traditions of Indian storytelling with cutting-edge innovation — making him a rare bridge between Bollywood, Hollywood, and the next wave of AI-powered filmmaking.

At Avium Studios UK, the team he co-leads has carved out a reputation for its expertise in AI-generated songs, AI-driven videos for films, advanced postproduction, and most notably, AI dubbing — a breakthrough tool that allows films to travel seamlessly across languages and markets.

Industry insiders describe Gijo as more than a filmmaker; he’s also a strategist. His understanding of marketing and promotion, especially in the digital-first era, has made him a valuable partner for producers looking to give their films international visibility. From designing cross-border promotional campaigns to tailoring content for global streaming platforms, his marketing strategies have helped films connect with audiences far beyond their home territories.

Gijo’s international collaborations have further cemented his standing. “Cinema today isn’t just about making films,” Gijo has said in past interviews. “It’s about making them travel—across languages, across cultures, across platforms. That’s where technology and strategy come in.”

From his early beginnings in Indian cinema to his current role at the forefront of AI innovation in film, Gijo Uthuppu represents a new generation of storytellers who refuse to see technology as a threat. Instead, he uses it as an amplifier — for stories, for voices, for audiences.
